Riedwaan Adamson
Director
After completing his matric, Riedwaan Adamson pursued a three-year National Certificate before embarking on a career in cost accounting and computers for eight years. However, he soon realized it was not his true calling and transitioned into the building industry. He trained as a carpenter with LTA Holdings and later expanded his expertise into joinery and shopfitting, working with companies such as:

Riedwaan was later employed as Radart Interior’s company’s Project manager.
In 2006, Riedwaan Adamson secured a contract with Group 5 Holdings, marking a significant step in his career. His journey with Group 5 continued for several years, during which he honed his skills and built a strong reputation in the industry.
By 2008, Mr. Adamson decided to operate as a sole proprietor. His commitment to professionalism and exceptional workmanship quickly earned him the trust of clients who offered him small contracts. With each successful project, his reputation grew, allowing him to expand his business steadily and with a grateful heart.
What began as a small venture in Johannesburg soon extended to Cape Town. Today, Mr. Adamson proudly serves homeowners and estate agents across the CBD area and the Atlantic Seaboard, continuing to deliver quality and reliability that clients know they can trust.
Rabia Adamson
Co-Director
Rabia Adamson completed her schooling in 2009 and, despite financial challenges, pursued alternative learning opportunities to further her education and personal growth. Her determination and curiosity to continue learning got her into sponsorship programs and short courses while volunteering part-time at a primary school computer lab.
In 2011, she was selected for a prestigious 12-month scholarship programme, The Legacy, with the non-profit organization called RLabs, Reconstructed Living Lab. There, she was equipped with valuable skills in technology, entrepreneurship, and personal development/leadership, further shaping her path toward growth and success.

With a diverse set of skills in her toolbox, she gained confidence while also recognizing an opportunity to give back to the community, sharing her knowledge and expertise with those eager to learn.
The World Economic Forum recognized Rabia Adamson as a Global Shaper for her impactful contributions to education and community development. She has been pivotal in designing and developing over 50 course programs at RLabs, empowering and impacting more than 135,000 people.
Beyond her work at RLabs, Rabia has collaborated extensively with both private and public sector partners, leading the design of tailored programs and content to achieve specific objectives. She was instrumental in the launch of RLabs University (RLabsU), a decentralized academy model designed to scale RLabs initiatives across the region.
Additionally, Rabia led the skills pipelines team for RLabs’ collaboration with Naspers, contributing to the successful launch of Naspers Labs, a program aimed at equipping young people with essential skills for the digital economy.
In 2019, she was appointed as RLabs Chief of Academy, tasked with expanding not only the reach and impact of skills development programs to empower disadvantaged communities across the country.
With a passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to excellence, she is now embarking on a journey in the home improvement industry with her father, turning spaces into something meaningful and lasting. For her, success is not just about skills or knowledge but about the impact she makes in people’s lives. As she continues to grow and contribute, she lives by the belief:
